Victim support counselling

Have you or someone close to you suffered physical, psychological or sexual violence, or been the victim of an accident (for which you are not responsible)? Don't know what to do, where to turn or who to talk to?

Then get in touch with us. We'll support you and work with you to find solutions.

We are a cantonally recognized victim support center. We inform and support you in dealing with the consequences of a crime. Consultations are strictly confidential, anonymous and free of charge.

  • We accompany, support and advise you.
  • We inform you of your rights under the law on assistance for victims of crime.
  • We work with you to find solutions.
  • We accompany you through the legal process.
  • We clarify your entitlement to benefits.
  • We put you in touch with specialists in the legal, psychotherapeutic and medical fields.
  • We can put you up in a women's hostel or in emergency accommodation.

Have you experienced physical, psychological or sexual violence? Are you being hit, threatened or blackmailed? Are you being sexually harassed, abused or raped by someone? Do you experience violence at home, amongst classmates and friends, at school, at work, in your free time or on social media? Are you witnessing violence between your parents or other people close to you? Have you experienced something that frightens you?

Are you unsure what to do next and who to turn to, or who you can talk to about it?

Then get in touch with us! Violence must not be tolerated! You have the right to talk about it! You have the right to help!

We are a canton-approved victim support service for children and young people. We provide information and support. Our advice is free of charge.

  • We listen to you and take your concerns seriously.
  • We explain your rights to you.
  • We help you and work with you to find solutions.

In an emergency, you can contact Pro Juventute at any time on 147 or the police on 117.

We offer age-appropriate counselling for children and young people who have experienced violence themselves or witnessed violence by their parents.
